Welcome to Business Wahine NZ, a consultancy firm dedicated to empowering and elevating the success of entrepreneurs in Aotearoa. Led by Carol Manukau, we strive to provide innovative solutions and strategies that enable our clients to achieve their business and personal goals while staying true to their cultural identity. We also carry a small line of products, chosen specifically by our founder, where it and it’s company of origins operating values and mission align with our founder and CEO’s passions, values and mission.

Our goal is to foster a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and succeed in their business ventures. We truly believe it can be a win-win all around! We believe that by drawing from our extensive business experience and expertise, combined with cultural awareness (Just being us), we can create a vibrant and prosperous economy that reflects the unique values and traditions of our people, while supporting our community to thrive and aspire.

As a Maori woman and a business leader, Carol Manukau is deeply passionate about creating positive change in our communities. Through Business Wahine NZ, she aims to promote cultural pride, economic growth, and social responsibility, while helping her clients achieve success on their own terms.

Our near-term objectives include providing personalised business consulting services, developing comprehensive business plans, and offering training and mentoring programs for entrepreneurs, mostly wahine. By doing so, we hope to help our clients build successful and sustainable businesses that contribute to the growth and prosperity of our communities.
